Service Engagement Manager
Description of duties
- Accurately forecast and deliver on sales, meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with salesforce.com Account Executives and sales teams
- Create account plans across Force by Design’s customer base
- Work existing leads and drum up new clients using lists, own customer base, and relationships
- Communicate effectively at all client levels, including CxO
- Identify client business and business requirements and fit consulting solutions around those specific needs
- Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successfully close (including proposal development, implementation estimating, scope construction, and client presentations)
- Add industry specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business
- Lead CRM strategy and project phasing conversions with clients and prospects
- Lead the PLAN and PREPARE phases of our methodology
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- 5-7 years experience working for a solutions consulting organization
- Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales
- Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On Demand Industry are highly desirable
- Superior communication skill (both for internal and external clients), very strong leadership qualities, and team oriented business values are essential
- Passionate about cloud computing and CRM
- salesforce.com Certified Administrator preferred
- salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant

- Solid Salesforce.com expertise

- 20+ projects ranging from implementation, optimization, custom development, training, and ongoing support
- Knowledge of SFA, Marketing, Service and Support, Customer Portal, Partner Portal, Content
- Solid client facing skills, hands-on configuration and project management experience
