Micaiah Filkins co-founded Force by Design in 2008 and oversees all of Force by Design’s project delivery. Micaiah is a salesforce.com Certified Consultant & Developer and is recognized in the salesforce.com community as one of the most knowledgeable consultants in the field. His work on the user adoption maturity has gained traction in the industry making him a thought leader in the cloud computing community. In late 2005, Micaiah began consulting with organizations on the salesforce.com platform, since that time he has completed over 150 salesforce.com and Force.com projects. Micaiah has more than a decade of technology and SaaS implementation experience. Prior to co-founding Force by Design, he was a senior business analyst for Saaspoint and a senior implementation consultant for echo lane, Inc.
Dan Becker is co-founding partner of Force by Design. Dan has a wealth of experience as a successful serial-entrepreneur in Silicon Valley since the early 1980s, having led ventures such as ComputerAttic and Reliant Integration Services. As a pilot, Dan knows the value of extensive training and the real-world implications of procedure and process, he manages the Force by Design continual improvement process to ensure each project is better than the last. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in small business management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Bryan Coddington co-founded Force by Design in 2008 and also serves as a principal consultant. Bryan specializes in salesforce.com process design, development, and project management. His experience as a business analyst with in-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and service and support processes and best practices are invaluable assets on client projects. Prior to co-founding Force by Design, he held senior positions with Saaspoint, Confluent and SonicWall and has more than a decade of experience working in the technology sector. Bryan received his bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in business.
Julie Pannenberg has spent five years working in the cloud computing field and joined the Force by Design team in 2009. As the director of operations, Julie manages partner and contractor relations, as well as overseeing human resources and finance. Julie is a graduate of San Jose State University where she majored in Business Management and minored in Biology.
Max Tritz III is the Delivery Director at Force by Design. Having more than 12 years of project management experience with Fortune 500 companies, Max came to Force by Design to pursue his greatest passion, “Making people’s jobs easier.” With a knack for finding efficiencies and building business processes, Max focuses his abilities on enhancing the quality and workmanship of each project completed by the Force by Design team. Leveraging his past experiences with building partnerships between IT firms across the country and acting as a technological liaison between them and the Fortune 500 executives he represented, every day Max is actively innovating new ways that Force by Design can better serve its clients.
