To prepare you for this call, we will send you The Killer Config Prep Pack Email Series, described below, that will aid in the design and configuration of your project and our future conversations. - After our first engagement together, we will better understand how to best implement Salesforce to suit your specific needs. This will include an in-depth strategy session. Force by Design brings a wealth of best practices to assist you in developing solid procedures.
- We will follow up with a project outline; agree upon the terms and time frame, then start to work for you.

Training Services
To better assist our clients we offer customized training and curriculum services. By this point we’ve intimately learned your business processes and custom fit Salesforce to suit your needs. From there, we will develop half or full day training sessions for your end users and managers. Larger clients will work with a Training Engineer to develop custom curriculum, slide decks, user guides, manuals, and can present the on-site training sessions. A hands-on approach to transitioning to a new CRM application makes change an easy and user-friendly option for your organization.
On-Going Consulting
