Getting Started
Getting started with Force by Design is easy. We have perfected the process to ensure your time with us is spent wisely for an easy implementation.
- To start, we will hold a complimentary one-hour consultation to better understand your organization’s business goals and objectives.
- After our complimentary consultation, we will better understand how to best implement Salesforce to suit your specific needs. This will include an in-depth strategizing session. Force by Design brings a wealth of best practices to assist you in develop solid procedures.
- We will follow up with a project outline; agree upon the terms and time frame, then start to work for you.
Training Services
To better assist our clients we offer customized training and curriculum services. By this point we’ve intimately learned your business processes and custom fit Salesforce to suit your needs. From there, we will develop half or full day training sessions for your end users and managers. Larger clients will work with a Training Engineer to develop custom curriculum, slide decks, user guides, manuals, and can present the on-site training sessions. A hands-on approach to transitioning to a new CRM application makes change an easy and user-friendly option for your organization.
On-Going Consulting
Salesforce is a dynamic, constantly improving platform with three releases per year. Force by Design lives and breathes the platform, so we offer an ongoing consulting plan for those businesses who feel they may need any extra expertise in the months to come. Included is a quarterly release overview and health check where we will present the changes and enhancements that take place with each release and how they can improve your specific instance of salesforce.com.
